I had a great time at Kings Creek Elementary School, performing with 6 parrots before 140 kindergarten children.
Check out the photos on my Facebook page and see the parrots: Cash, Elliot, Max, Lucy, Ginger and Witch. The children were mesmerized and Aiden's class stayed later and were awarded with being allowed to hold a parrot, posing for a picture.
They received a feather as a momento and I was able to provide teachers of all 7 classes with several feathers each.
These are great learning tools, showing the children how to use magnifying glasses and microscopes. Feathers are highly developed and each one is different with a different function.
